Preservation: The old mosque in the center of the village has been entirely demolished and replaced by a new building in skeleton concrete construction.

Inscription(s): In the immediate SE environs of the new mosque a fragment of an inscription plate in white limestone has been inserted into an arch constructed in traditional stone masonry. It conserves four lines of relief script in Arabic separated by horizontal lines:

 
 

Transcription:

 

Translation: “In the name of Allāh, the Merciful, the Compassionate. This is from the grace of my Lord. Sovereignty is to Allāh. In the year 946.” (Translation by RS).
