Plan: broad rectangular with entrance in N wall facing the miḥrāb in the S which protrudes to the exterior.

While the corners of the N wall are approximately orthogonal, those of the curved S wall appear rounded. The

SW sector of the S wall is reinforced and two oblique walls merge from there at the rear side of the miḥrāb and

from the SE corner.

Measurements: ca. 12 m2

Exterior: unknown.

Interior: ca. 3 x 4 m.

Building Materials: undressed flat basalt boulders.

Construction details: heaped field stones of basalt without use of mortar.

Preservation: preserved as an open-air mosque; the cleared interior space might indicate that it is still in use by the Bedouin of the area.
