Inscription(s): two long rectangular upright basalt slabs with rounded tops at the W and W short sides: On the E (head) and W (food) stones (photos TMW-K 2016; transcription and translation by MHa and NAt):

On the W (head) stone: “The opening: ‘Aidān al-Farūkh.” On the E (foot) stone: “(In the year) 1386 H(ijri), 1966 M(iladi=AD), (in the) 5th (of the month) Huzīrān”

Date(s): June 5^th, 1966 (date of death and burial); construction of the monument of ancient construction material some days later.
