Plan: almost square with entrance in the middle of the N façade and on both sites from it benches; in the interior columns.

Measurements: 118.72m2

Exterior: 11.2 x 10.6 m (McKenzie 2002).

Interior: unknown.

Building Materials: local limestone, reused Roman construction material (columns).

Construction details: According to MacKenzie (2002) the weight carrying long walls have been reinforced to carry arches on reused columns for a barrel vaulted ceiling.

Preservation: ruined, not in use for Muslim prayer.

Inscription(s): none known

Date(s): Unknown; according Mac Kenzie (2002) possibly of the same date like the Listeb mosque (no. 227).

Traveler Reports: “At the southern end of the site lies a ruined fieldstone mosque, 11.2 m x 10.6 m. This was built in several stages. The walls have been doubled, and the arched windows of the southern side are blocked. The ground plan is unclear, but the placement of the columns suggest a similarity to Listeb. The mosque has a central entrance leading out to a ziyadeh. Adjoining to the mosque to the south are the remains - in outline - of another formal building, probably a church.” (MacKenzie 2002).
