Construction details: unworked fieldstones, piled up to the two cairns without use of mortar.

Preservation: preserved up to four layers of boulders.

Inscription(s): none reported.

Date(s): The cemetery is used today by the local Amerīn and Bedūl tribes. Canaan’s (1929) identification of ‘Abū Mḥēdi as the ancestor of the Amerīn has been corrected by Mietunnen 2013, who was informed thatnJidd al-Rafāy‘a and his son ‘Abū Mḥēdi were both ancestors of the Rafāy‘a clan. These families dwell today at Khirbet Bīr Rafāy‘a near ash-Shōbak as it has been already noticed by Oppenheim in 1943 (285).
