Plan: Rectangular.

Measurements: unknown.

Exterior: unknown.

Interior: unknown.

Building Materials: local limestone.

Construction details: The old maqām had been built of massive limestone ashlar masonry. It is conserved today only in tree stepped courses. It seems possible that these are the stone alignments of an old Islamic tomb.

Preservation: The old maqām is over shadowed by an historic oak tree (quercus Aegilops) of an age of ca. 440 years (Nueimat - Alkilani 2002), which has dried  out and is much truncated today. A new mosque has been built in the vicinity. In a small hill right beside the tree survive the scarce traces of the old maqām.

Inscription(s): none known.

Date(s): Mamluk or Ottoman ?
